Returns Policy

Due to health and hygiene reasons, all sales of intimate apparel are final. We will of course offer refunds or exchanges for defective products within 14 days, but are unable to refund or exchange for a different size once the item has shipped out. Please make sure you choose the correct size. If in doubt, please get in touch and send an email to info@secrethevan.com.
