We use Royal Mail service for the delivery. To allow time for packing and posting, orders placed on business days (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays) will be dispatched the following business day, although it could be earlier; orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched within 48 hours of ordering.

The timeframes are a general guide only with no guarantees promised. We won't be able to offer refunds on postage should there be any delays on the carrier's part. We cannot be held responsible for their delays. 

UK Delivery

We deliver to most addresses nationwide in the UK and North Ireland. Shipping is free of charge within the UK on orders over £50.

Estimated time for delivery is expected to be quicker for metro areas. For more rural/regional areas, please add 2 - 3 business days to the estimated timeframes below.

International Delivery

We deliver to most of the counties in the world. Unfortunately due to Brexit, there have been changes to the way that import taxes are charged on international orders to EU countries. This means that you may now need to pay customs fees on your order if you are ordering from the EU.

Protecting Your Privacy

We are making every effort to protect your privacy and delivering the products to you the way you feel most comfortable with. 

We use “Large Letter” sized envelopes or boxes for our boxers, which can be posted it through your letter box most of the time.

If you would like to ship to a separate recipient name or address, please fill in the delivery info accordingly.

Please note that orders shipped outside the UK require customs labels to be added to the outside of all packages. These customs stickers have item descriptions as a mandatory requirement. To maintain your privacy, we will only refer to the products as “shorts”.

All your purchases from Secret Hevan will show as “SAClothing” on your bank statement, rather than our brand name.
